AEA Membership: Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions

By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Automotive Executives Association and our parent company (herein referred to as the "AEA") to charge the credit card or debit the debit card account that you have specified for all of the following: (i) the applicable one time new member fees + current membership level annual dues referenced on your statement or in the online shopping cart at the time you provided your payment card, and (iii) future, recurring, annual dues for your membership level as communicated to you via email by the AEA (the "Annual Membership Dues").

Annual Membership Dues will be charged to your credit card every year after the AEA has sent you a statement associated with the upcoming calendar year dues, and such statement will provide You the ability to cancel your Membership in the AEA. If you do not cancel your Membership in the AEA within three (3) business days upon receipt of that statement OR prior to December 1 of the applicable current calendar year, You agree that the payment card will be charged the amount of the balance due on your annual AEA statement for the upcoming Membership calendar year. For example purposes, You must cancel your Membership in the AEA by December 1, 2013, to not be responsible for Your membership dues for the 2014 Membership year. In the event you cancel your Membership in the AEA, in no event will any prior fees or dues previously paid by You, be refundable, for previous and/or the current membership calendar year. All payments made by you prior to cancelling Your membership in the AEA are non refundable.

You agree that the payment card specified by you for automatic annual bill payments to the AEA is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you will maintain sufficient availability under your credit card limit, or sufficient funds in the account linked to your debit card, as applicable, to pay your annual AEA membership dues.

The automatic monthly charge to your credit card or debit to your debit card account will occur on or after the statement due date shown on your AEA annual statement.

These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your (i) initial, and (ii) recurring payment authorization to the AEA. Please print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for your records.

You can cancel your membership recurring payment authorization only by contacting the AEA via the options available on our Contact Us Page. Your request to cancel your membership and recurring annual payment authorization must be received by the AEA at least three (3) business days before your statement due date.
